Perhaps as a way of celebrating its 85th anniversary,
Orlando, FL-based Nautique has introduced a new model designed to appeal to
wakeboarders, wakesurfers and wakeskaters.
The Sport Nautique 200 was built from the water up for
waterspots, starting with its Optimal Surface Control (OSC) hull. It’s the same
hull technology used on the company’s Ski Nautique 200, allowing the Sport 200
to ski like a tournament boat and also have a nice rampy wake for wakeboarding
and a long open face wave for wakesurfing. The Sport 200 is configured with a
V-drive engine, a new walk-thru rear deck design and wrap-around seating to
maximize space and comfort for up to 10 people. Access the rear trunk storage
thru the innovative cockpit rear seat that folds away allowing easy access to
all your watersports gear. Further, it features a built-in 40 quart cooler,
asymmetric dash design, and an optional center pylon and tournament seat.
A special Team Edition, with the Nautique LINC System featuriong
Zero-Off GPS speed control, FCT tower, up to 740 pounds of ballast, swivel
wakeboard and wakesurf racks, was also announced.
