Kelowna, BC-based Campion Boats has added a new dealer in central Ontario.
Payne Marine Ltd., a Top100 Dealer located on the eastern shore of Georgian Bay at Pointe au Baril, became a Campion dealer in early January, announcing the new partnership on its Facebook page.
“We've been looking for more than two years for a boat line to complement our Scout and Limestone products,” said Mark Payne. “We found the Campion product to be an excellent value, very well made boats with a range of outboard models in that 16- to 20-foot range that we really wanted. Being a family-owned company like our own, Campion fits with our business culture, and we're very proud to work with another Canadian company.”
“We are delighted to have Payne Marine come on board as a new Campion dealer,” confirmed Campion General Manager, Brock Elliott. “The Payne family is a third generation, family-owned marina and they truly fit with our family values. Everything about Payne Marine is top notch and we are confident our top quality line up of Chase, Allante, Explorer and SVFARA boats will complement their marina and strongly add to their sales and profitability, resulting in a win-win-win situation for Payne, Campion and our future mutual customers. It's pretty exciting!”
Elliott added that Campion remains in negotiation with additional prospective dealers as the company continues to expand its footprint. The company exhibited 12 boats at the recent Toronto International Boat Show – 10 in its corporate booth, an additional model in the Discover Boating Centre, and presented its Bio Diesel Bio Boat as a show feature. Elliott hinted that the company, which builds more than 37 models in 48 variations, is exploring further green technologies in its Allante 485 and 505 models, with specific details expected to be announced shortly.
