Cobalt Appoints New President

Cobalt Boats has named Terry Clark company President.

Paxson St. Clair remains Cobalt's CEO, while Sean Callan, the company's former President, has moved to VP of R&D to put additional focus on future product development.

Clark formerly worked with Textron Aviation, formed after the merger of Cessna and Beech Aircraft. He brings 25 years of experience in leadership from top-­performing manufacturing, sales and service operations in the aviation industry as well as 10 years of experience in the machining, metal forming and tooling industry.

During his tenure in the aviation industry, Clark held positions of increasing responsibility, including General Manager of Beech's Salina facility; General Manager of Cesna's Columbus, Georgia facility; General Manager of Cessna's Independence, Kansas facility; and President of CitationAir based out of Greenwich, Connecticut.

Clark is an active commercial/instrument pilot and resides in Independence, Kansas.
