Cruiser Unveiled and Canadian Dealer Honoured at Cruisers Yachts' Dealer Meeting

Cruisers Yachts held its annual dealer meeting this week at its headquarters in Oconto, WI. More than 100 dealers and guests attended the annual meeting, with dealers from six different countries represented.

The event featured Cruisers Yachts' introduction of the 2012 41 Cantius sports coupe, the unveiling of a new interactive website and the recognition of its top dealers around the world.

The 41 Cantius features a swim platform entertaining area with two removable bar stools, double salons, a full enclosure tri-slide glass door, two staterooms and heads, Volvo Penta IPS propulsion and customizable options.

Cruisers Yachts' redesigned website is said to be easier to navigate, and better allow users to explore models, provide up-to-date information on boat shows and has social networking capabilities. Key features of the new site include large-format photographs, featured content area on the home page, mega menus and a suggestive search.  “Like our yachts, we’ve designed a website focused on elegant simplicity. I encourage boaters to take a look at the new site and see how the added features and functions directly reflect our web-savvy customer base,” said Russ Davis, director of sales and marketing at Cruisers Yachts.

As was the case last year, Crate Marine Sales, Keswick, ON, was the recipient of Cruisers Yachts’ Dealer of the Year Award. Crate Marine Sales has five locations throughout Ontario and Quebec.  “It’s an honor to be recognized as Cruisers Yachts dealer of the year,” said Ryan Crate of Crate Marine. “The launch of the 48 Cantius last year sparked our customer’s interest by reminding them of the quality and luxury that is Cruisers Yachts.”

Also recognized for worldwide sales were US multi-location dealers Galati Yacht Sales in second place and SkipperBud’s in third. Roussos Yachting, Athens, Greece, was acknowledged as the top international dealer in 2011.
