Moncton Boat Show organizers are hoping for another year of increased exhibitor participation and consumer attendance. The event returns to Moncton Coliseum in New Brunswick from March 25 to 27 inclusive.
Master Promotions organizes the Moncton Boat Show in addition to two other recreational boating shows, the Halifax Boat Show and the BC Boat and Sportsmen's Show.
“We are still selling exhibit spaces,” says Denise Miller, Publicist for Master Promotions. “Moncton is so central that you get people from all over Atlantic Canada. This year, we've been social networking about our event and we're finding that people are excited about coming to the show to see the latest boats. It has been such a cold winter in New Brunswick and anything to do with boating is welcome. People are really looking forward to the summer.”
Last year, show organizers reported having 65 exhibitors and an overall attendance of approximately 7,500 – a five percent boost from 2009. This year, show organizers say they're expecting more than 70 exhibitors and are hoping for even higher attendance.
Show features this year will include appearances by Cam Brownson, Host of the Angler & Hunter TV; classes on protecting your boat, yourself and the environment; and a Boat Buying Basics discussion moderated by Pat Nelder, Executive Director of the Atlantic Marine Trades Association (AMTA).
