This morning, the Port Credit In-Water Boat Show in Mississauga, ON welcomed a steady flow of visitors. The weather on opening day was slightly overcast but pleasant. The three-day event runs from August 26 to 28 and features nearly 100 boats on display.
The show features a variety of new and used power and sailboats. Among the new boats at the event this year is a brand new Four Winns V475, a 49-foot, four-inch yacht brought by The Boat Warehouse from Kingston, ON.
The event also features more than 50 land-based exhibitors including marine equipment retailers, insurance and finance providers, charters, sailing schools, boat associations, and canvas makers. Raymarine’s 32-foot Mobile Electronics Trailer is also onsite displaying a variety of the company’s latest marine electronics including FLIR night vision.
Over the course of the show, a total of 19 seminars will be presented. Among this year’s seminar topics are cruising the Inter-Coastal Waterway in the Caribbean, cruising the Thousand Islands, ‘Living His Dream – On Her Terms’ and how to dock your power boat.
