Sea-Doo's Spark PWC has been declared certified by the International Marine Certification Institute (IMCI). The IMCI, headquartered in Brussels, is an international non-profit association notified by the European Union to perform CE certification referencing the Recreational Craft Directive (RCD). IMCI says that all requirements of the RCD have been met by the Spark and has issued a Statement of Conformity.
The Sea-Doo Spark is an entry-level model that's powered by BRP's Rotax 900 ACE engine family.
The IMCI was founded in 1993 and now has more than 2500 clients all over the world. The portfolio includes the conformity assessment of recreational boats and components as well as the certification of companies, retailers and persons. Accredited by the Belgium authorities, IMCI says it works to the highest standards of professional expertise and customer service.
