Marine Accessories Corporation and TurboSwing Sign Exclusive Agreement

Marine Accessories Corporation (MAC) and TurboSwing B.V. have signed an exclusive manufacturing and distribution agreement that will see Turboswing products sold, distributed and supported in the US, Central and South America and the Caribbean by MAC's Monster Tower brand. Owned by MAC since 2002, Monster Tower was the first company to offer aftermarket universal-fit wakeboard towers and accessories through a network of dealers and online.

"The TurboSwing product is a perfect complement to our vast array of watersports towers and accessories,' said MAC Chief Executive Officer, Rick Reyenger. "It specifically addresses the outboard power market and affords those customers a reliable and convenient way to enjoy tubing, skiing or wakeboarding behind their boats.'

The TurboSwing system features a semi-circular stainless steel tow bar that can be attached to most outboard motor brackets and does not require removing the motor. The tow rope is attached to a pulley on the tow bar that runs smoothly around the motor cowl, keeping the rope clear of the wake for watersports. There is also a commercial version that facilitates towing other vessels or objects while simultaneously functioning as an engine guard rail. The patented design has won numerous awards and recognition.

TurboSwing Director Jeroen Behrend said, "This relationship gives TurboSwing access to solid distribution channels, experienced manufacturing and superior customer support within the designated region. Additionally, it is particularly gratifying to know that MAC shares our commitment to quality.'

TurboSwing product will be manufactured by another MAC company – Xtreme Tower Products, based in Maryville, Tennessee. Production is slated to begin in January 2013.

In a related move, the parties executed a second agreement establishing Marine Accessories B.V. This new entity will be responsible for marketing and distributing MAC's marine canvas and wakeboard tower products and accessories throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
