MyTaskit Adds Eleven New Customers for MyTaskit Pro – Including One Canadian

MyTaskit, West Palm Beach, Florida, provider of a task sharing and service coordination platform, has added 11 new marine businesses users of its MyTaskit Pro. MyTaskit allows Service professionals to view customer task requests online, communicate with owners and captains, respond to inquiries, secure approvals and offer updates.

The new customers, specializing in boat and yacht repairs, marina services and boat sales across Canada and the United States, will be using the solution for online task coordination with their customers as well as to automate and optimize operational tasks. In addition, five current MyTaskit Pro users are converting to the MyTaskit Pro Cloud solution.
The 11 new customers are said to collectively do business with over 5,000 boat owners. MyTaskit Pro enables them to communicate directly with those customers online. Collectively, the marine businesses will be able to use the MyTaskit Pro Operations module to automate and optimize operational tasks with 150 service managers and technicians.

Existing MyTaskit Pro customers that are converting to the hosted solution of MyTaskit Pro Operations Module (formerly known as DockMaster) include Southport Marina in Southport, North Carolina; Atlantic Yacht Basin in Chesapeake, Virginia; Beacon Point Marine in Cos Cob, Connecticut; Dargel Boats in Donna, Texas and CenterPointe Yacht Services in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Life Raft Survival & Equipment in Tiverton, R.I., signed up for MyTaskit Pro Coordination module because its customers prefer the convenience and simplicity of doing business online.
