NMMA Canada Seeks Hall of Fame Nominations

NMMA Canada, based in Bolton, Ontario, is calling upon its members for nominations of individuals that may be worthy of induction into the NMMA Canada Hall of Fame. The due date for nominations is October 15. The recipient(s) of the award will be announced in January at the Toronto International Boat Show.

Last year, Victor Duhamel and Carl Dewar, the owners of Legend Boats, shared the honour.

The association will consider nominees who have generated substantial and lasting contributions toward the advancement of the marine industry. The Hall of Fame honours individuals whose achievements are synonymous with the pursuit of quality, innovation and perfection within their respective spheres of expertise.

"The NMMA Canada Hall of Fame is the Association's highest honour and a way to recognize the significant contribution from one of our industry leaders,' says Sara Anghel, Executive Director of NMMA Canada. "NMMA Canada encourages its members to nominate an individual for this prestigious award.'

To nominate an individual for the 2016 NMMA Canada Hall of Fame, fill out the nomination form by clicking here and email it to Sara Anghel at sanghel@nmma.org.

The nomination form includes listing specific reasons why the candidate should be considered such as any supporting materials or endorsement detail.

To be eligible to submit a nomination, one must be an active member of NMMA.
