Payne Marine Ltd., a Scout Boats international dealer located in Pointe Au Baril, Ontario, has received a perfect CSI rating for it's outstanding customer service rating over the past 12 months.
“Our customers are our most important asset, so being recognized by them and Scout is a true honour,” said Payne Marine Owner, Mark Payne. “Our dedicated staff treats each and every customer with respect, answers questions with the utmost promptness and goes above and beyond to ensure expectations are exceeded.”
This is the fourth consecutive Scout Boats CSI award Payne Marine has received since 2007 and the third consecutive time it has be recognized as Scouts #1 CSI Dealer in Canada.
Payne says his dealership's secret to good customer service is making sure his staff treats every customer the way they would like to be treated every single time. “We make certain, through a very detailed process, that we don't drop the ball,” describes Payne. “This includes before, during and after the sale or service process. If on occasion we do mess up, we have measures in place to catch the mistake and make it better, and immediately. No matter how hard we try, we all make errors and oversights, but we focus on catching them, apologizing, and then rectifying the issue to 100 percent of the customer's expectation in a timely manner.”
