Princess Yachts Enters Canadian Marine Marketplace

Princess Yachts America has appointed Performance Marine as the dealer for Princess yachts in the Province of Quebec.

Performance Marine has been in business for over 28 years and currently has three marinas on the Richelieu River, including in Saint-Paul-de-lîle-aux-noix, Lîle-Perrot and Saint-Zotique.

"By adding Princess yachts to our current offering, Performance Marine will take it to the next level catering to a higher profile customer looking for an excellent quality of yachts and a well established brand worldwide,' says Performance Marine Vice President, Denis Lebreux. "We are very excited to be joining the Princess yachts team.'

Princess Yachts says Performance Marine's experienced sales team, certified service technicians and master mechanics were important factors in its decision to partner with the Quebec dealer. Tom Carroll, President and CEO of Princess Yachts America notes, "The rich heritage of boating in the Quebec region of Canada is remarkable, and something that so many residents in that area are passionate about. As our ownership base grows, we are excited to work with the Performance Marine team to add a leading organization with a track record of sales and customer service to our outstanding dealer sales and service network for Princess yachts. We look forward to enhancing our customer experience in Eastern Canada as a result of this new partnership.'

Although Performance Marine is currently Princess Yachts' only Canadian dealer, James Nobel, Princess Yachts America's Vice President and Marketing Director says the yacht builder is working on securing a dealer on Canada's west coast. From among the Princess lineup, Nobel anticipates the brand's V-series to be the most popular in the Canadian market.
Princess Yachts America's sales territories span over 45 locations from Canada, the United States, Central America, Venezuela, and the Caribbean.

The Plymouth, Devon, England-based cruiser builder offers a range of yachts from 72 to 98 feet, classic flybridge craft from 43 to 64 feet, dynamic V Class sport yachts from 39 to 88 feet, S Class yachts from 72 feet, and the M Class range that includes a 32 Meter, 35 Meter, and 40 Meter.
