Raymarine has announced enhanced consumer rebate programs for its A-Series and E-Series Multifunction Navigation Displays.
Available through to September 30 in Canada and the United States, the rebate program entails the purchase of an E80 High Performance Multifunction Navigation Display with a savings of US $250 as well the E120 High Performance Multifunction Navigation Display that offers savings of US $350. Additionally, the purchase of an A50 GPS-Chartplotter or an A50D GPS-chartplotter/fishfinder provides savings of US $200.
“For Raymarine and our dealers we find the rebate programs stimulate the sale of many more components than just the discounted item,” says Jim McGowan, marketing manager for Raymarine. “Quite often, the rebate amount on the primary product goes right back into the purchase of add-ons and accessory products including radars, fishfinders, autopilots and instruments. The add-ons often cost well in excess of the original rebate amount.”
According to Raymarine, the E-Series displays combine high-speed networking and video integration with Raymarine's chartplotter, radar and digital fishfinder technologies. Benefits also extend to optimum viewing under a variety of conditions with the company's ultra-bright sunlight viewable display technology that offers sharp contrast and wide viewing angles on the 8.4-inch or 12.1-inch screens. The A50 and A50D navigation system feature sunlight viewable VGA displays and GPS-chartplotters, the A50D highlights HD Digital Fishfinder technology. With rugged displays, the A-series also houses technology first introduced in the E-Series and are designed for owners of smaller boats such as centre consoles and open cockpits.
