Speakers Confirmed For NMMA Canada Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting for the National Marine Manufacturers Association Canada (NMMA Canada) will be held during the Toronto International Boat Show on Monday, January 10, starting at 10:00 am sharp in the Presentation Theatre, located next to the Hall B Entrance in the Galleria Lobby. Entrance is free to the marine trade.

NMMA President, Thom Dammrich, will be on hand to provide an update on the status of the marine industry south of the border, and offer insights on how the welfare of the US boating industry is expected to impact Canadian dealers, distributors and manufacturers in 2011. With potential implications for everything from inventory to financing, this is one presentation not to be missed.

The keynote speaker for this year's AGM is Norm Miller, MPP for Parry Sound-Muskoka. With a provincial election coming to Ontario on Thursday, October 6, 2011, this is your best opportunity to learn more about key issues facing the recreational boating industry in Canada's most populous province, and ask specific questions about important issues like the HST and economic growth.

The agenda has now been confirmed, as follows:
