The organizers says cheques should be made payable to:

Following the renewal deadline, Canadian Boat Shows will begin working on space allocation. The organizers says it's already received a high number of requests for 2016 space increases and changes, so it is essential to meet the July 8 deadline to ensure exhibitors receive consideration for the space they've requested or are accustomed to having.
Organizers are also reminding exhibitors to review the information on the Application and Exhibitor Listing forms, indicating needed changes. Forms should be signed and returned with a deposit.
Those with questions should contact Sales Manager, Tracy Williams, at (905) 951-4050 or email@example.com.
