U.S. Outboard Engine Shipments Up 4.9 percent in October

According to the National Marine Manufacturer's Association (NMMA), U.S. outboard engine wholesale shipments were up 4.9 percent YOY for the 12 months through October.

The data is provided through NMMA's control group of manufacturers (representing approximately 95 percent of the market).

Gains continue to be led by four-strokes and higher-powered engines. Total retail sales based on warranty card registrations were up 9.2 percent (R12M YOY).
