Yamaha Motor Canada, Toronto, Ontario, unveiled its 2013 lineup of boats and personal watercraft, including a pair of brand new 19-foot sport boats, the SX 192 and AR 192.
Yamaha has designated the SX 192 its sport model, while the AR 192, equipped with a tower, is designed for watersports enthusiasts. Both come equipped with a 1.8-litre supercharged engine said to offer performance similar to a six-cylinder while retaining the fuel efficiency of a four. The company says the compact design of the supercharged engine has allowed it to make good use of the interior layout space on each model.
Both models incorporate Yamaha's new Thrust Directional Enhancer technology, for better handling while traveling at lower speeds, as well as the company's trademark stern lounge and swim platform design, where sittings passengers are provided cup holders and backrests.
